Thank you for this. The ECA is more for the Express Entry profile. The profile is mandatory before applying for SINP EE category.

small query, One of the Vmake Visa consultant said that we can apply for SINP first without job offer even though the quota is filled...
and he said one more thing is thsat though the IELTS score is less also no issue.

His logic was, if u apply first to SINP (committed to get the Job offer, but no guarantee) once u get the nominee u can apply for EE.

I do not think so this logic work here.

please can some one advise can we believe this..?

i don't think whatever Vmake is saying is right, make sure they are not saying this just to get you to be one of their clients, money game you know ............... All rules are slearly mentioned on the website of SINP, make sure you cross verify !

Congratulations! when did you submitt? I submitted around 12:40 2nd, I still see it is "application submitted"

I have sent an email to SINP, today, asking them if the applications sent to their international skilled worker category (500 applicants), on january 2nd, would make nominees eligible for the 600 points on express entry.

Just a few minutes ago (9:02pm here in Brazil) I've got an answer from them.

It was quite an automated email reply, and it didn't answer my question but, at least, I'm now 100% sure that my application made it into the 500 cap, as they acknowledged that the app was indeed submitted correctly and will be reviewed.

One information on it left me really worried though. It says my app was received on january 2nd, 2014!!!! Not 2015, but 14.

I've already contacted them back, questioning them about the date.

Your Job Title mentioned on the job letter takes care of somethings but not everything, the immigration officer still would like to see job description (even 3 to 4 lines would work). Also it makes your case stronger if you could provide evidence of your pay.........if you don't have pay stubs or account statements you can provide them copy of your Income Tax Return.
