I think u r in other province of Canada, like Manitoba or Alberta. SINP assumes that you will not shift to Sask after Nomination, and you already know this is the important rule to live Min. 2 years in Sask after nominated. Now u will show some action of shifting Sask, like open Bank Account in Sask Bank, Hire a house, Start a Part time or Full time Job in Sask cities etc. Taking immediate action required. Then they will release Nomination, they are waiting from your side.
what 2 year rule?

This is compulsory to stay for 2 years in Sask after getting PR. This is not by the constitution, but moral duty. And SINP highly expects this. By the way, from which country r u dear?

Then we cannot mention it as a rule as others will think that its a rule. I saw your earlier post few days ago hence asked now on it as you are mentioning again it as a rule.
If its a moral obligation then there is no specified time limit to it. It can be one day or it can one decade.
As there is no rule yet, let us not spread/mention this as a rule.
Till landing we need to comply with rules (including landing at nominated province (to avoid issues while landing) ). So after landing they are free to choose the place to live.

No. Just residency obligation and few other items like taxes they added (purely as per checklist given). So for now we can enjoy the free mobility inside Canada :).

Hi Guys,
I have applied under SINP EE Subcategory on 21st July(Day before Yesterday) and it is in Application Received status. But today my EE profile became ineligible - My bad luck Sad (I think it may be due to my IELTS test result is more than two years old and I might forgot to update it with my recent one, not sure). But I applied SINP with all latest information. So do I need to inform SINP, the new EE profile number and Job seeker validation code after a creating a new EE profile? Or will my SINP application get rejected since my EE profile in SINP application is ineligible.

Awaiting Response and advise...

I tried to submit on July 21st SINP EE , but I couldnt as the application has already reached the threshold. Could any one please advise if there any chances of opening in future.

Also please advise on Settlement of funds. I have the amount in my Savings account, so the required amount for the past three months should be stable or if it is ok that any transactions if I made in between.

Hardluck buddy! I applied on 21st July too but got through. From what I understand from people talking on the forums, it opens on/between 20th-22nd of every month. Keep checking this link

Good luck for the next SINP opening.

Your funds should be atleast 3 months old at the time of SINP application. If you have access funds, then you can do transactions on that account money. But make sure the threshold limit of the funds that you need to show (depending on the number of people you have along with you) is maintained at all costs.
