and for language proficiency,The point is calculated overall-based or not?
Thank you for prompt response,

No, it is based in the CLB, you can use this site of Manitoba to match your IELTS with the CLB

http://www.gov.mb.ca/labour/immigration/calculators/ielts_calculator.html

Also there is a cap of 1000 for same in the express entry category.

If someone has the age, language and experience required by Express Entry it is better that
wait and apply next year, because this stream is a long term one. At least 1 year for Provincial
Nomination and from 1 to 2 years for Federal Government to provide Permanent Residence.

On the other hand, Express Entry is supposed to be only 6 month...

So if someone has a good immigration profile needs to be in the pool of Express Entry and then apply to any
Provincial Program aligned with Express Entry like Nova Scotia (350 candidates) or Saskatchewan (1000 candidates)
And if he or she is really good like he or she could be invited directly by the Federal Government without the support
of any Province.

But if not your case and you don't qualify to EOI, here is the right place ! , good luck to everybody

Do you mean that. The the site
Told you that you are CLB 7?

Or your Ielts is overall 7?

Please look in the application
Guide of SINP to see how many
Points you get for your CLB
I think CLB 7 gives you 18 points

If your work experience is related to 2131 & 2132 then you will get 8 points for those 4 years.
If you want to apply in 2131 then you need License eligibility from Sask but for 2132 it doesn't need that.

I am 2132 but in the demand list it is stated as this NOC requires License eligibility from Sask. Please advise.

I am not sure, but I think that NOC 2173 doesn't describe a SAP Consultant, maybe NOC 2171 is better, anyway
Regarding the issue of regulated or not regulated, the only thing they want to hear from you is that you
understand the steps that you need to take to get your credentials regulated, so you need to write this
in your settlement plan. It is nothing that you need to do now. So go the Internet find the Office in Saskatchewan
that regulate the Engineers and download the requirements.

here an example:

Hi there!,
Regarding requirement of "License from regulated agency", it is clearly stated in the SINP that without this, application will be rejected? :( so....what is correct?

Hi there!,
My NOC is 2132 Mechanical Engineer.
Regarding requirement of "License from regulated agency", it is clearly stated in the SINP that without this, application will be rejected? so....what is correct?

Moreover, it is lengthy process to get License....and have many steps. So uptil which step could be the minimum requirement for SINP qualication?

The site says

"SINP applicants intending to work in a regulated occupation that requires mandatory or compulsory certification or licensure must provide proof of eligibility for licensure as part of their SINP application. "

the key here is "Proof of eligibility", so you need to demonstrate that when you start the process you are going to be get the certification.

that's the way how I understand this, may I be wrong...

Hi All,

For those who couldn't apply for Jan 2015.

You can apply for business program with Parkland College Saskatchewan. This program is been offered in March 2015.

Saskatchewan allows fastest settlement across Canada, I have compared Pnp for all provinces.

Even fastest growing economy of saskatchewan gets all the students easy jobs.

One of my friends is studying in same college and he is applyin for Sinp(Pnp for Saskatchewan).

No in the TRF my overall band score=7
according to CIC score 7 = CLB 9
BUT
according to the link which you kindly provided, my CLB = 7

It's very confusing!

thanks for the information Victorpapa
I will get ready by 2 Jan 2014
and how long it will take for process ?
is it ECA is required for My wife also she did her Masters in Chemistry and no IELTS.
and will it gain any points ?

thanks & regards

it is 60 out of 70 points. because 30 points is only if you have sponsorship from Saskatchewan.
now 70 is left. which you will get from Age, Work Experience and IELTS score.

Cheers
