anyone did caips? i have yet to get a status update/ medical request since i applied in nov 2011. It's been 5 months.....

kaisin82, I haven't done caips myself but 5 months after submission is too early to expect medical request. I got mine after 11 months and I think taivoi is now almost a year but still no medical request.

Kaisin82, it won't be wise to ask for caips before processing starts. We can't help but wait.

Hi crs, did you get a separate letter instructing you to send your passport after medical or is it a part of the medical instruction letter?

Two letters. One was mr attached with medical form amd without date. The other dated one asks to conduct mr and after 2 weeks to submit photos, forms(attached), pp all in one envelope. Any reply 2 ur mail?

Thanks crs. Unfortunately, no reply yet. I only got the auto-reply mail. Today I heard that another applicant from where I live got MR & PPR at the same time but I'm not sure about her timeline.

someone that was provincially nominated, that applied through new delhi visa office in Nov 2011 just landed in calgary... =(

wonder why there is a huge discrepancy between the processing time.

Unfortunately nothing from me. My ecas will be 4 months in process this May 10, not sure if they are planning to send MR.

Yes, I did. My medical will be sent on June. So I have to wait 2 months. Your rprf issue worries me a little bit. The receipt should be sent straight away. Best of luck with ur ppr.

We have to poke them constantly
