Should we include our son on IMM0008 form?

So I'm working with my Colombian wife to sponsor her to come to Canada.

I'm a Canadian citizen born in Canada, so I was wondering whether or not we should include our infant son on this under the dependents section. As I know that Canadian citizens do not need to be included under the dependents section. As our son was born outside of Canada, and still doesn't have his proof of citizenship fully processed. So I'm uncertain whether or not I should list him on this form.

Your child is a citizen by descent so you do not include. You should apply for the citizenship and submit a copy of that by way of explanation why not included in that section.
