I have a question regarding IMM 5481 (Sponsorship Evaluation) sections 5(B)(ii), 6(A), and 6(B).
My situation is:
For section 5(A), Number of persons included in box #3 of the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008), under section Application Details.
I included count as 1 for my Son.
For section 5(B)(ii), Number of persons included in previous undertakings you signed as a sponsor and that are not yet in effect (persons who have not yet become permanent residents).
Should I count my other daughter as person included in the undertaking, since she is also an applicant being sponsored?
For section 6(A), Your spouse or common-law partner. Provide details on the back of this page.
Should I count my wife here?
For section 6(B), Every other family member not included above and dependent on you (or the co-signer, if you have one) financially, whether they are living with you or not. Enter their number in the box on the right and provide details on the back of this page.
Should I count my daughter here or in 5(B)(ii)
I want to make sure I am completing the form correctly and not missing any family members that need to be counted

- I am a PR in Canada and sponsoring my dependent children for Canadian permanent residence in two separate sponsorship applications.
- My wife is in India and is not included in this undertaking/application.
- My children are the persons I am sponsoring and will be accompanying dependents.
- My wife is not a PR/citizen of Canada and is not being sponsored under this application.
