Spousal sponsorship IMM 0008: Should I add my sponsor's name in the dependants section?

I'm trying to fill out the IMM 0008 Generic application form. In the dependants' section, the wording is confusing for me: "You must provide details about your family members, whether they will come with you to Canada or not... who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada". Should I also add my sponsor as well in this section? They are PR. Thanks
