I've recently added my common-law partner to my ongoing pr application. I have a question regarding IMM5669 under personal history which she worked in a cruise ship. Question, how do we fill out her personal history and addresses if she previously worked onboard? If anyone with a similar experience can share their thoughts about this matter.
For the IMM0008 should I include my newborn son who was born here in Canada on this form or should I just include him on the IMM5406?
