Serious questions regarding PCC application

Hi, I applied for PCC on June,2021 but it returned saying that my current address in India is different from my passport address (Because my parents moved into another location). After that Tr to PR pathway closed so I was waiting for the right time. Now I am planning to do PCC again after 7 months. Should I resubmit the application and sent it through courier. The main problem is I have changed my Canadian address too.
Or should I start from beginning and apply ?
I know it’s tricky that my both Indian and Canadian address should be corrected. I have less time now. Can someone please help ?

You'll have to make a fresh application. Your Canadian address doesn't matter much, i.e. you can use your updated utility bill, bank statement as a proof (just check the doc requirements to be sure). You can use your parents' new address. If you don't have a proof of the new Indian address, ask them to submit their address proof copies and a letter of explanation to the authority explaining about the issue. I think that should work.
Be prepared since the processing time for PCC is very long in Canada irrespective of where you live.
