Anyone did his test on the 16th and still didnt get any update on the tracker?!. Still getting the message " waiting on you to take the test".
Vancouver IRCC takes a little longer about a week to 10 days to mark tests as complete. They were a lot quicker earlier.

Hey, on the tracker do we have anything for files in Sydney office? Or have you come across any posts where files are being processed in Sydney itself? Seems to be a new trend.

It is not a new trend... CPC Sydney, NS processes certain number of Citizenship applications in addition to the rest of the IRCC Domestic Network (DN). If you look at the FY 2022-23 ATIP for Citizenship Grant Targets, Centralized Network (CPC Sydney, NS) is assigned an overall target of 45,000 applications. The IRCC Domestic Network (DN) is assigned 253,000 application decision targets for a total of 285,000 decision targets for FY 2022-23. So, yes, some applications definitely get processed at CPC Sydney after background check is initiated and AOR is issued by CIO (Centralised Intake Office) Sydney, NS. The remaining applications are transferred to DN after file creation at Sydney, NS.

In the spreadsheet we only track the location of the applicant. We don't have a column to track the processing office because it is usually not disclosed to the applicant unless you call and ask or you infer it from the test invite e-mail. It is highly likely that your local IRCC office processes your file given the distribution above but it is not guaranteed. Your file may also be moved to any other office for load balancing

It will good to start tracking actual local office given now it is strictly not as per applicants location. We can add a column and let applicants confirm the local office location once they get to know via calling or email id inference.

Yes, it sounds like a good idea. However not everyone is going to have the patience to call IRCC to find out their processing office or order GCMS notes. Also, from a post yesterday, IRCC might have caught on to us and started masking the test e-mail IDs. See below:
https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/january-2022-citizenship-applications.752874/post-10333908

Given these constrains, it is going to be a very sparse column as this information is not readily available. For now, if you are interested, you can add the information in column "U" (notes).

Hi folks...I have some more good news to share. Language, Prohibitions, and Physical presence completed on Jan 18th. ECAS status shows Decision Made as well. Will be eagerly waiting for Oath Letter now.
Admin - please update the tracker. *ECAS in progress was on Dec 13th.
Lovely!! Congrats. Did you get an email about the decision or was it just updated on the Tracker? :)
