I am about to renew my PR Card. Its all the way more complicated and stressful. Are you going to renew ?

If you check the email that provided your test invite, that comes from an email that should include the processing office in the name of it (e.g. DN SCR is Scarborough).

I actually didn’t receive an invite via email to write the test. I logged in to the online tracker and realized it had been updated on June 1st and I saw it June 10th and I wrote the test June 11th. On the day of the test, I followed a link and it was from notifications@ct-tc.apps.cic.go.ca

what number did you use to call them? I'm trying the generic one and it's impossible to reach them.. and I'm also wondering if it's in person or virtual.. I applied November 2021

I use this number 1-888-242-2100
After entering your UCI and confirming it. You can press 340 without waiting for the message after one or two trials, it will let you through

You have the option not to renew it since the citizenship application is going on so I chose not to renew it. Already filled the solemn declaration form to tell PR department that I'm not gonna renewing my pr card so they can void my pr card.

Then apply for pr card and speed it up nothing to do with citizenship application. You can't speed up something that you are not already have. That's what the rep told me. If you have an emergency then you should apply for pr and they will urgent it for you but you can't request to urgent your citizenship.

To apply for urgent processing, you must be eligible to apply for citizenship and have an emergency, such as:

• needing Canadian citizenship to:
  • apply for a job
  • avoid losing your job
  • go to a Canadian school, college or university
• needing to travel because of death or serious illness in your family and you can’t get a passport in your current nationality
• receiving a successful Federal Court decision on an appeal on a previous application for citizenship

No nothing. I have been in Canada since I was 17, did nothing wrong, studied and working in Canada. My criminality is done only security is pending, no explanation for it. Only can wait, they don't ask for anything nothing you can do and they keep mentioning about the average processing time is 26 months so nothing to be worried about.
