Please update your information in the September Spreadsheet in the 2020 Citizenship applications tracker.

I just got my AOR today, September applicant. I submitted application for me and my mom in one envelope. However the AOR i got has my name only to it. It didnt mentioned my moms name.

Will i receive another one for my mom, or shes already included on my aor.

Hi, i just got my AOR acknowledgment of receipt today as well. September applicant. Application is for me and my mom in one envelope. However the Aor letter only shows my name. Is that okay? Or they missed my moms application?

When your received yours, does it show both of ur name or one name only?

Got my AOR today. Had called CIC yesterday to ask about AOR and address change and the lady was sweet enough to say this has been a technical glitch and the call center folks can create an AOR request on your behalf. She also did mention that some of the AORs have been physically sent in the mail. My time line so far:

Location: Vancouver
App Type: Single
Physical Presence Days: 1100
App Sent: Sept 5th 2020
App Delivered: Sept 11th 2020
App Received: Sept 14th 2020
AOR: Feb 5th 2021

My online status still shows as following only:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on September 24, 2020.

I phoned IRCC and they provided me with the application number and sent me an email regarding the study guide. Does that mean my application is accepted, will not be returned?

I'm concerned as I still have not receive the AOR yet.

According to the 2020 Citizenship Applications Tracker even January 2020 applicants have not began to receive test invites yet (there are only 2 applicants so far who got their invites). What is your estimate about the processing time of our applications until we become citizens? Are there any theories about that?

No, no email as of now. Still waiting on an email and/or letter
