I had my Medical Approval without getting a medical request, I don't know if they considered my last Medical Exam, which was expired cause I did that on August, 2017.

Well i guess they recognized your old medical result but incase they need it again they can request anytime even before you land. Were lucky our medical request given a bit faster than others. I was reading post from different months applicants june didnt receive MR yet and august didnt started their BGC. Which is weird but i guess it depends on the officer who processed our papers. We just keep praying and patience for a long wait coz BGC. Is the longest wait until we receive another update. Mine also was changed to "We are processing your background check" this morning even though my exam was on last Thursday and the results haven't been submitted to CIC yet.
This basically proves that BGC has nothing to do with AOR, MR or MP as the dates are all over the place and BGC starts around 91 to 94 days after receipt.

I was trying to check my gckey today but always let me go to language preferences. Its weird dont let meopen it.
No worries it will change once they started, some onther applicants from other months behind us stil waiting for MR and BGC still not applicable to them

Yeah I agree... it is a stressful process but I find it a bit amusing that you like to express it out so easily
Today is your 90th day so you are probably gonna see it changed tomorrow. Otherwise, just like @Prettyjhazz's, your application was delivered on Thursday, possibly in late in the afternoon. So it could change on Sunday or Monday too.
Same for me!
Hopefully it's a temporary bug on their website.

Status was just changed this afternoon some time - BGC started processing! For those who haven't gotten this yet - keep checking your myCIC account, as I didn't get an email to let me know my status changed, but saw "Status updated" on myCIC for the PR application.

Thought medical is only valid for 1 yr but guess we are wrong. My fingers are still crossed
