September 2025 - Inland Spouse/Common law Applicants

When I applied for the visitor record, I did a medical examination in September. The examination is valid for one year. So when I submitted the PR application, I also submitted the results.

I just received email which seems to be AOR as it has application number mentioned but when I try to track this on PR portal, the status still shows as submitted. How do I track status? Is this AOR? It starts with
"This letter confirms that your application to sponsor member(s) of the family class, was received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on 2025/09/12 on behalf of the following member(s): "

Didn't work. Also, just paid biometric fees, how long does it usually take to get BIL after this & what's the quickest available date I can book my appointment for after BIL?
Anyone received Medical request? Or any updates regarding Medicals ?

No Medical request yet, but background check is in progress. I wonder once the background check is nearing completion they ask for the medical or maybe medical is not even needed in some cases I guess.
