Hi, I am indian,residing in Beijing,China. My application was approved immediately after I have completed 6 months but IRCC requested Remedival. Within 3 days after my medical, got PPR email . IP2 since mid November(Not sure). Visa Office Hongkong
I have another question, maybe I should have known already but I didn't expect PR processing is getting this late so I didn't research enough... :/
- If I fail to obtain BOWP after my PGWP expiring, what option can I have to stay and work in Canada? I've applied for BOWP a month ago and my application has never been touched by an officer yet. I am so worried about my status if I can't get it on time since my PGWP is expiring in mid-May. Should I ask my boss to help me with LMIA ?? Because I don't want to lose my work, if I have to stop working, it will be huge damage to my financial situation due to the expensive rent and everything... Can anyone help me with this matter? Thanks a lot!

I heard from someone they are not very strict on this 6 months thing, as the delay is from there side.. Just wanted to confirm from this forum.... as many people might been through the same situation...any more suggestions?

I've submitted my (CEC) EE application on September 8, 2018.
I ordered GCMS note a month ago and just got the reply after 32 days today. It seems like they haven't updated my file since October 2018. It is in the Ottawa office.

In my GCMS Note, they need the review required on my Eligibility because of these reasons.
"The duties listed in the letter(s) of reference DID NOT appear to be consistent with the actions in the lead statement under the NOC code selected. The letter(s) of reference DID NOT appear to be consistent with a substantial number of the main duties under the NOC code selected. The letter(s) of reference appear to demonstrate that the PA DID NOT accumulate 12 months of work experience."
I had two different workplaces, I worked in the first place for 4 months and more than 8 months (more than 1year experience in total) in the second workplace under the same NOC Code so I didn't have any issue when I got the Provincial Nomination. Can anyone advise me about this matter? Should I arrange another reference letters or LOE?
I think "Criminality" is on pending as well. It says "Review Required - Pending outstanding PC Spouse".
My spouse had a car accident but didn't get charged anything because it was not a serious accident, it was just a minor collision on both to blame. So both drivers went to the police to explain the situation but nothing happened/charged. But it appeared as "No Prosecution" on his Police Check. In this case, should we worry about getting our PR refused?

Spoke to a CIC agent Yesterday and according to him, there is a huge backlog in Ottawa office (this is the reason he cited for my file being not touched in last 5 months, otherwise the file looks good, No RR or ADR). On enquiring, when can I get more updates on the progress of my file, he suggested checking in August as before that he can't ask the updates from the case officer but he was hopeful I will get some update before August
Is there anyone else who is facing a similar situation?

You got a genuine agent on call. Usually they don’t tell bitter truth but he told you what actually is going on behind the scenes. Yes there are many applications from May, June and July months still pending and those applicants have completed 10+ months which tells all the tale.
People who get ppr in initial months are the lucky one. After that newer months get priority and few applications from those months get processed. The chain continues.
I don’t want to discourage you but it will be better if you don’t set your expectations high in terms of timelines.

I am in the same boat and no updates since 15 Nov. Eligibility met , criminality not started , security not started. Visa office Ottawa.
Not sure how to and what to plan. August seems really far away.

assed and security not started...Dec 1 aor,ottawa"Review Required - Pending outstanding PC Spouse" is strange. If they have received, why would they say it's pending.
