No update in my ECAS..still 'In Process'. Medical results were uploaded on 19th April and RPRF fees paid on 21st April. Kindly suggest if I should send an e-mail or wait till the weekend?

When we buy expresspost or priority post envelopes, they automatically have a paper on it, where we write "to" and "from". That paper had a tracking no on it as well. You will tear the top sheet and bottom sheet stays on envelope. Or you just write down the tracking no.
For the second envelope inside the envelope, you write down your address on " to" section and do same tear top sheet or write down tracking no to track returning package. Regular mail also can be registered and convert to trackable.

In envelope,
We send
1. Passport
2. Request letter which is email for passport request.
3 returning envelope with your address on "to" section.

Depends from case to case. Normally anywhere between 1-3 week.

"RPRF was paid on May 1, 2014; Medical exams were done, except X-ray for my wife is pending due to the pregnancy. The deferral form had been sent to CIC."

I think 3 weeks is a reasonable wait after Medical upload normally people get PPR with in 2 weeks. Though this not an urgent matter so they may not reply to your message (they may so you can contact them if you want).

Nope, My passport reached Ottawa on May 1st but my return tracker still hasn't been activated as yet. Might start panicking by tomorrow if it still doesn't get activated. Gotta travel in 9 days time.

I received my MR on 9th April and got my medicals done yesterday. Is the 60 day timeline mentioned in the email is for the medical examination to be done or is it for the medical reports to be received by CIC directly from the doc.

CPC-O received my passport yesterday morning. And the return tracker just been actived Is it normal?...Hope everything went on well for me..
