I received passport request on 24th April and ECas status now changed to decision made.

Has anyone landed recently using U Turn from US border? Can you please chare the experience.

I believe you need to touch CBP on US side in order to complete landing process. They will issue you administrative refusal which states that you had been refused to enter US in order to complete landing process in Canada.

all i have a bridge work permit i came to usa by road and i like to fly back to canada
my question is i do not have a valid visa to canada ,
so i like to apply from usa/canada online application
do i need to send my pass port if i apply online for visa ,and will it be safe if i apply form usa
can my hy husband apply form canada if i stay usa plz advise

you should be able to came back to Canada from US, even with expired Temporary Resident Visa, if your Work Permit is still valid...

What do you mean by ottawa and ontario applicants? Ottawa is a city in Ontario?!

That I know, so, for CEC there is only one VO i.e. Ottawa. My friend had applied in Sept 2013 but still not heard anything from CIC, what could be the reason?

does anybody knows how long it take to update ECAS after medical result gets uploaded?
Dr said medical uploaded yesterday the 27th but ECAS still not showing medical received

it takes few days to months. My medical was uploaded on Feb 22 but still it doesn't show as Medicals received. I contacted CIC via email and they confirmed my medicals were received.

i am assuming you are still within the 13 months processing time.
for me may 22 will be exactly 13 months since i filed my application.....what are the chances their will be a delay for PPR beyond the 13 months ?

my medical was uploaded on sunday and ecas still not showing medical received.Hopefully it will be updated shortly.
