Ok i get that, but shouldnt the certificate come from the Pakistani counsulate in Toronto. I can get my wife PCC in 10 days then, thats not an issue. After i get the PCC from Pakistan do i take it to the consulate in Toronto and have them stamp it or something?
I am worried about mine. i guess i will talk to some people then.

If you are in Toronto I would suggest you to visit Toronto Consulate or call them regarding your case. I belief it takes almost 6 to 8 weeks if you apply from consulate in Toronto. Don't mark me better call consulate to address your queries authentically.

Thanks! I completed my medicals on the 3rd. Ecas got updated about 2 or 2.5 weeks after to show medicals received. I paid rprf upfront on the day of my application.

Anyone from Toronto know which doctor on the panel list for MR are Emedical enabled in Scarborough?

Then I wait for a AOR so I can be free.
As comes the AOR, I took a step to be bold [bowp],
Checking my inbox for an email I want to see.

I ask to the maple tree, as the cold is leaving,
When would I get warm letter from CIC?
Haunting are the nights, endless are the morning,
I refresh my inbox for PPR I want to see.

As the time has come, someone handles our case,
My heart is skipping one or two every day.
Everybody is filled with hope, to win the Canadian race,
I eagerly check my Inbox, spam and the forums not to spare.
