Correct. There's still August applicants receiving MRs every now and then. There's absolutely
no order to it, at least not that I'm aware of. I tried to find a pattern in what order they process
application, to no avail.

No, validate and save the document. Then upload. The application will be signed digitally and the end of the
application process, before submitting it.

Guys, one quick question- do we need to further send copies of T4 and NOA to CIC for 2013? I havent filed my tax return yet. Planning to do this weekend or next week. With my appln I sent my T4 and NOA for 2011 and 2012 already, would it matter if i dont send for 2013 or should I send?

I just called Dr.Francis Li's clinic. They are uploading the medical results now. Fingers crossed.

Any idea how long does it take for the ecas status to change to medicals received once the clinic uploads the results?

I had the exact same situation. I called the CIC and talked to two agents. They both confirmed that I did not need to send the 2013 tax return. At the end of the day, it is up to you to decide.

"Keep the correspondence to Minimum"

I am not sending anything unless they ask for it.

Can take anywhere between 1 day and 2 weeks.

Second that. We're so close to getting MRs, there's no need to complicate the situation by submitting new documents.
