Nice.

My Ecas status is Application Received.

So it seems ECAS activates after 3 days now.

Super cool :)

Ya, it's a tough read, if you rely on the BOWP... I become eligible in December, lucky me, I actually
have enough time to prep the application, apply and then wait.

It'll work out for you. One door closes, another one opens.

Did you guys read about the Upper Cap on CEC applications effective Nov 9:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2013/2013-11-08.asp

The processing will be faster with the uppper cap.

There were about 6,000 CEC applications in 2012. Now we have a cap of 12,000.
That's double the amount of what was received in 2012, so for now it doesn't mean
that there's faster processing times. But we shall wait and see.

Hopefully they get faster.

Thanks Toby, it makes sense.

Is there any chances, they will send my application back, because of this only. Have you heard of any case like this before.

Hi skm12345

Have you sent the email to CIC. I am also in same boat, I have missed to write names in native language in additional family information form.
Please let me know what email you have sent or if you have received their reply.

Does anyone has idea on this case :
If someone has a PR (CEC), can he/she Live&Work in Quebec?

I know that in CIC website it has mentioned that "Quebec selects it's own immigrants". But someone told me that, Point of entry cannot be QC but once you are in Canada, with a PR Card you can work anywhere.

Cheers

I still haven't receive my AOR yet, Its been 5 days my ecas says application received. But I havn't got any email or mail regarding my AOR. Is there could be something wrong? ???
