can any one suggest me on the following points..

1.I am India and I want to send the pcc n background declaration form.
to CIC,Ottawa. with which courier shall i send the same?

2.any specific envelope for that?

I must be able to track the same.
sending the same from Maharashtra,India.

1) Fedex/ Dhl. They will be able to track your mail, you can too.
2) You can send them in any envelop. But I would prefer those big manilla envelops, so your documents does not get folded.

I sent mine by Indian Postal Services by speed post from Mumbai, in a clothed envelope. Tracking info was available on both Indian as well as Canada post websites.

You can if you want, but with e-medical you don't need to.

Oh yah, you're probably going to get MR with in next 7 days.

I believe for the applicants who applied outside canada CEC is taking more time to send MR.

I believe for the applicants who applied outside canada CEC is taking more time to send MR.

I also applied from outside Canada (England). I have raised this and it seems that does not affect the processing time because all applications are processed in Canada. My advice is to be patient
