It takes about 2 hours to cross the border by car from where I am, so I guess it'll be a day trip. Probably do some shopping in Buffalo as long as I'm there.

Do you know how long the processing at the border takes? Do I need to call in advance?

No need to call at border, just show up with necessary documents : passport, COPR, a document that has your address - bills/license etc, recent bank statement as sometimes they ask to see so it is better to be prepared.

Today Morning I check ecas. Notice two changes in ecas status, but still no RPRF request....

I see : status "in Progress"

We received your application for permanent residence on xxxxx.

We started processing your application.

Medical results have been received.

Before it was

I see : status "Application Received"

We received your application for permanent residence on xxxxxx.

Medical results have been received.

Any day now buddy!

On the spreadsheet there's a pretty consistent gap for Sep 4 applicants... Wonder if they haven't got MRs or if they're only hibernating..

Probably hibernating.

Guys, don't be disheartened. Looking at the August spreadsheet, I would say most of us in a month time will be in process of getting the PPR. It is just a matter of time.

Toby,
Wake up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is 7.25 already.

Been a silent reader today. Spreadsheet has been updated with all posted
information. Let me know if I missed anything 8)

Congrats to all applicants with a newly updated ECAS status!

I'm also September 12th applicant, no change in ECAS status yet :'(

Today/tomorrow for you definitely. Since you are getting COPR directly, they are taking their time

Whenever you get one application finalized. If it was me, I would wait after I completed
the landing, then withdraw the other application.
