Finally I completed 2 important activities Today:

Upfront Medicals Completed:
- Completed my Medicals at "Fortis Hospital, Bangalore (India)". I had taken appointment for 29-March-2014, 09:00 AM but when I reached
there I realized appointment is not a must as they have 3-4 Doctors in the Panel.
- I told HelpDesk that it is an "Upfront Medical" for myself and my wife towards Canada PR (will be same as WORKER)
- Total process took 2 Hours (Chest X-Ray, Blood&Urine Sample, Physical Checkup by Doctor)
- In the end Lady at the HelpDesk gave me Medical Information Sheet for both of us and told that result will be uploaded within 3 days
- My Medical Information Sheet has "Upfront Medical Type = Worker"
- However, for my wife it says "Upfront Medical Type = Visitor". The tests however are same for both. I guess this will not be
an issue.
- I came back> scanned both the Medical Information Sheet> sent it to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca > Got the auto response within 5 mins.

RPRF Payment Done:
- Made online payment through Visa Credit Card > Took the printout > Filled in the details > Scanned > sent it to CPCO-Cost-Recovery
@ cic.gc.ca > Got the auto response within 5 mins.
- Within single receipt I made Payment for both of us (I guess this will not be an issue). (2 x $ 490.00 = $ 980.00)

Now waiting for the next step ;D

And yes Toby's CEC Tool kit helped me a lot ..Thank you Dude !!

Cheers,
RP

Great, thanks for sharing :) And thanks for the positive feedback ::) I updated
the spreadsheet.

Before the CoPR, you will get the PPR. CIC requests your passport and stamps a visa in it, so you can complete
the landing. When you get the passport back, the CoPR will be in your passport.

Toby,
Is CoPR something which is stamped in passport or is it a separate letter that will be sent along with the passport?

COPR is a separate letter along with passport.

Correct. Not sure if they staple it into the passport when your send it to CIC, but for visa exempt
countries it's a letter you get in the mail.

I guess nothing happened today. We may need to improve our patience.
