You can email CIC and ask to update the contact information. Instructions on how to
contact CIC can be found on my website. Check the FAQ page.

Thanks Toby,

I sent them email, but Automated response says I should be getting reply within 20 days. But medicals are expected within 2 weeks. Do you think calling them can help ?

CIC calling your employer is not connected to the MR and not every employer is being verified by CIC.
Don't worry! In most cases CIC doesn't even get back to you, but emails are being read and processed.
Hang in there! And calling the hotline wouldn't make a big difference either, email them and you're fine.

YEEEES!! That's awesome!! Can't wait to see the first MR for a September applicant.

Hi Guys,

I am also a CEC applicant from the UK. Thanks for the useful tips you have been sharing in here. Here is my timeline:

Application received: September 9th 2013
AOR received: November 4th 2013

Based on what you were saying in previous discussions, I expect to receive my medical request in approximately two weeks. I was wondering how long after that I may be able to land in Canada.

Good luck to all September applicants for coming weeks!

It seems that comparing to the past there has been an increasing amount of applications rejected because their job responsibilities aren't directly relevant to their education backgrounds.
Does it only happen when you go through Post-graduation stream? Could it happen to TFW stream applicants?

There is no post-grad stream anymore. Rules have been changed in Jan 2013. Usually it's only management positions
affected by this as you normally need experience in that position.

Welcome to the forum! Would be able to fill out this form
so I can put your information in the spreadsheet??

After medicals, CIC requests the passport and then upon having it returned you can land.
So usually 1-2 months after medicals tops.

Cant see any spreadsheets on http://cectoolkit.weebly.com/archive---spreadsheets.html

Are they revoked to see ?
