Hey guys,

A question about CEC application processing office.

For people residing inside canada, its usually forwarded to CPP-O, after the initial review from Sydney.

What if someone moves out of Canada, once the application has been forwarded to CPP-O?

Will CPP-O send the application to the processing office in the country where the person has moved to, or it has no connection with the residence of the applicant during the processing period?

application received date is based on your tracking information. eCAS status comes from entering your file number from your AOR. so to answer your question, no.

Regarding eCAS, you can view your status from your client id as well (even before AOR). Related thread-

For my situation, I couldn't log into eCAS with my original UCI from my PGWP. When I received my AOR, it included a file number and a new UCI and I was able to use both of those to login. I guess not every UCI from work permits allows you to log into eCAS

Usually CIC continues processing the application at CPP-O itself even if you move out of Canada while your application is in process.
