what's ur current ecas status ?

RPRF, PCC & Biodata was asked me in the month of June 2013. As the strike was ongoing at that time, I was expecting a delay in my MR. But added bonus is, they have told me to do my MR within 60 days and as soon as the Medicals are completed, they asked me send my PP to delhi embassy for further processing & waived my interview (I heard if someone gets interview its as good as rejection). I dont know if this is really good news or something else. I would have rather expect my PPR later on separately and not with MR as I dont trust people at delhi embassy....(as i earlier had a bad experience) My ecas status still shows the same as "Application Received on September 21, 2012".

It looks like CIC is finally getting through the backlog and sorting out our September crew.

I haven't received my medical request, but the email from CIC said:

"This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose."

So it sounds like they will be in touch when medicals are needed.

thx bro. I really don't know, my lawyer send it , bit I gave him my pasaport ing sept. 10. So 1 month all in all including shipping time

SO finally got the passport back with the CPR. Going to Niagara Falls Next weekend for the Landing.
One of the Most important journey of my life is almost complete and will begin the next chapter as a Permanent Resident.
Finally got , which most people in developing country just dream about or pay thousands of dollars to get it.
Thankful to God and all the AWESOME people in this AWESOME Forum !!!!
I hope I will see you all at the other end of the rainbow soon.
