sent me correspondence on 24 nov but not yet recieved

Hi,

My ecas updated and they say that they have sent me correspondence o Nov 24, 2015. Its December 10 and i have not got anythingyet. i have been checking junk daily. they sent me correspondence last year through post. What shouli do i am very tensed. please help> I know there will be medical, police or updated forms request. and there wud be timeline also . 16 days have already passed. what shud i do now.

mostly email receiving are late from visa offices u have to wait a bit or no harm to send case specific inquiry.

Hey Yana...maybe the letter is not coming from the London visa office... Most letter come from Ottawa after appeal is won and they would not send you the letter to your country. They would send the letter to your spouse in Canada like I see on the appeal forum...So get in touch with your spouse and ask him to check the mail on a the regular basics and check the emails also. Tell your spouse to call cic office and he can ask them questions on what to do. that would be the best bet is for your spouse in Canada to call cic and don't stop calling them until they get someone on the phone line to speak with.

Actually my ecas updated that they sent me correspondence on Nov 24, 2015. My spouse ecas is not updated, Therefore i am wiatng . they ll send the correspondence to me. aslo my husband called cic call centre. they say that they hav no update like that. london office might tell u.
