Hey Everyone, Today when i logged into my application tracker, its showing me "We received withdrawl request you sent us" on july 7,2025, but i did not submit any withdrawl request. I checked my gckey account and there it is still showing the status as submitted. Any suggestions how should i proceed i already raised a webform not sure hoe long do they take to repond back.

Raise Webform immediately with all the possible screenshot and details, also try to reach IRCC via phone, which is little bit time taking process.
Make sure that no one else has the user name and password of your GC key.
Also, did you receive this message in your email inbox or the IRCC GC key login?
Where You are seeing that "Submit" option?
*Remember profile submission will be there since you have submitted, but if you withdraw, submission status will not change.
I raised a webform with all screenshots and explanation. And nobody knows my username and password. I checked the OTPs in my mail. I didn’t receive any for that particular date. I even do not know how do we withdraw the PR submission. I am gonna call them tomorrow morning as first thing. They are closed now
When you login in, is shows your UCI number, profile creation date, expiry date on the top right corner.
Not getting much details from you, but I guess, calling IRCC if your best bet as of now.
