You had previously, initially sent the email to an incorrect email address. I again recommend you send the email to the address which I had given in the previous post.

CSEs can take far longer to get to the applicant's file. That's the reason I suggested emailing the visa office.

As you received a notification that the application was updated, it is possible that your new TRV form has been considered

as u said CSEs take longer time to get to the applicant's file, so are you sure it might have been updated with NEW form ??

As i raised CSE of sunday morning and after 2 hours i got "account updated notification" is it possible on sundays too ? ( i mean during holidays )

As an online submission, it is possible. Maybe a visa office works on Sundays (Middle East, for example).

Regardless of whether or not your new application has been included in your file at this point in time, you have the assurance that you cannot be banned for misrepresentation

So, i came up again with a new doubt

Actually mine 2010 TRV Visitor visa application was filed by an travel agent as u know ..

Well I'm not aware which kind of documents he had attached to my application and how he presented to the embassy..

I was wondering what might he had mentioned in form IMM5257 and in details like travel reasons, my work experience, studies etc...??

Because he never ask me such details to fill form ( except my passport copies )

What will happen if my past application details ( filled by an agent ) and current actual details ( filled now by me ) GET MISMATCHED...????

As i don't know anything about that previous application...

Any advice as per your experience will be appreciated ...!!!!! Feeling confused

While you could get away by saying you don't know the result of that 2010 TRV application i.e. whether it was granted/refused.... IRCC won't accept your claim that you have no idea about the details filled in that application form.

You signed the TRV application form. It was your responsibility to check that the form was factually correct before signing it. Appointing the agent was secondary and for that you had signed another form IMM5476 (Use of representative).

And, it would have been prudent to have kept a copy of that filled/signed application form/application package for future reference.

As you have already applied, you'll need to wait for IRCC's decision. Hopefully, there are no mismatches between both TRV forms.

You might want to request for a copy of that 2010 application through ATIP

But i don't have old application number details except UCI number, that also i came to know now.. ( while odering GCMS notes it ask for both application and UCI number as mandatory )

You can either order GCMS notes and/or there's an option to order the previous application forms, correspondence with IRCC, etc.... through ATIP. But, it seems you won't be able to order either.

GCMS notes can take up to 30 days to get. It won't help because you have already applied for a new TRV.

It may not be a straight-no-questions-asked refusal. It could be worse. But, let's not get unduly stressed. Cross that bridge when-and-if you get to it.

Realistically speaking, what are the facts which *you* believe could be mismatches? Trying to understand what's getting you worried.
Did you have any previous visa refusals for any country (not just Canada) before you applied in 2010?
Did you change your name at any point in time? Or you used aliases/nicknames?

So i can check what exactly what my travel agent had submitted in 2010's application
