Do send a new TRV application form that correctly states 'Yes' you had previously applied to enter Canada (Background information section) + in the space available explain that you don't know the outcome of that application because your agent did not inform you correctly + give your passport details for that visa application, where you had applied from, a guess date/exact date when your agent had applied + attach the image of the *visa* which your agent claimed was issued but do mention it was torn off from your passport by the agent later

In explanation column i can't able to type the whole thing as it is accepting limited words only..

Yes, possibly the old UCI number. IRCC has been giving 10-digit UCI numbers since end of last year.

I would like to inform IRCC about my mistake on my own. which i have realized now, That I have forget to mention in IMM5257 (Background information section, Question no.02 ). That I had applied previously in late November 2010 for Canada Visitor Visa, (unable to remember exact date) As i had applied through travel agency unfortunately i'm not aware about the outcome of that application. Because my travel agent never inform me correctly either it was approved or rejected. Below is the some information of that previous application.

Last night i raise CSE and email VO Vienna as i told you earlier

TODAY morning i recieved email notification "Your Application has been updated Please login into ur account"

BUT there is no update or changes in my account

Any ideas ??

Did you get an acknowledgement for your email?

No.. as i said before i ONLY got notification.. but no acknowledgment of CSE

after sending CSE i got notification email "ur account has been updated

Yes,

I raise CSE IN WEB FORM they redirect to local VO ...
Also i emailed twice to vienna embassy

When i sent first CSE I didn't get any response, next day i again raised CSE then after couple of hours i got.notification email of update in CIC account ...

I DON'T KNOW whether it was random update or CSE update

But when i checked my profile there was no update and changes


Even i didn't got any reply from vienna embassy
