Sending an open work permit with permanent visa package

In the process of putting together an inland application and need to know how to fill out and send along an open work permit.
How do you fill it all out without it being sent automatically? We want to send it with the package and are a little confused..... Anyone have some helpful advice?

You send it [form IMM5710] along with the Inland application that you mail to Mississauga.

Be sure to write in big bold letters (across the top of the first page of IMM5710):
OWP SUBMITTED WITH IN-CANADA SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION. PROCESS AFTER AIP.

CIC will know that your OWP cannot be processed until you have AIP and they will route it to their Vergeville office for processing.
