send case specific email to embassy about my passport

Hi ,

i have send a case specific email about my passport on march 18th and since then i have not got any replies or even automated message at that time so assuming that they have not recieved my message as i have not got any automated message.I have send the case specific enquiry today.
I hope this time i will hear from them as i have got automated message after sending the enquiry .

Keeping fingers across and waiting for my passport as soon as possible.

Kindly friends let me know when can i expect my passport as it has taken more than 50 days.
