I didn't transfer, Scarborough office is transferring my file, don't know why, I wrote my test on may 7 in Scarborough, haven't heard anything back since then

I called cic call center last last week, they told me it's "in transit" , called this week, got the same answer

That sucks! And yes, I hear ya, I am on DM after the test date right away, but my friends who got their Test after 2 months, go Oath request but not me.

Seems that lately an awful lot of files are being transferred to Mississauga.
Also I don't see any citizenship ceremonies being scheduled at that location anymore.
Does anyone know?

Someone here was told by an IRCC call center agent that certain CPCs are merging. Maybe Scarborough and Mississauga are too.

I think Scarborough is conducting oaths to clear backlogs. Several October applicants who took the test this month, reported getting oath the next day at Scarborough.

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on October 11, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on November 2, 2017.
4. We sent you a notice on March 27, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on April 23, 2018 at 8:15 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
5. We sent you correspondence on April 24, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
6. We sent you a notice on August 15, 2018 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on September 5, 2018 at 9:00 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

Scarborough is taking applications from Mississauga and scheduling oath next day,
And they are transferring Scarborough applicants (like me) to Mississauga, I'm a November applicant

Well the applicants with Oath Invite at the CNE did you also get a free pass for the CNE.
