I tried to link my account with new login but not able to link,I think they not updated my application in the system sofar,so I have to wait still few days.

It does not look like an AOR 2 as I have seen others. Also as ashu mentioned AOR2 is not issued by CIC.

Reading the response mail, it seems to me that they are referring to Sydney, Australia. Because I think nova scotia is not a visa office, it's a processing unit or CIO as they called. Secondly. If someone refers to itself, they say "us", not them or name of the office. So possibly your file has already been transferred. . However it is my understanding. I suggest you contact Sydney Australia office or CIC to clarify further. Best wishes.
