Don't worry . Inform SINP about it. Delete your AOR email from your email account, otherwise they will hack your Application number and then they can withdraw your Application from CIC. Inform CIC as well.

CIC cancelled my application as incomplete on - 5 Feb 2017
Received my application from CIC on hand - 15 March 2017
Resubmitted​ with missing documents to CIC on - 20 March 2017
CIC received my application on - 24 March 2017 ( signed by Locke )

Today I got an email in response to that from CIC (please see below). To me this seems to be an AOR2! Is it AOR2? I am in Australia and from the email below I am not sure what they mean by visa office in Sydney. By Sydney do they mean visa office in sydney in Nova Scotia (Canada) or Sydney in Australia?

Second AOR send by Local Visa Office, not from CIC.
One more thing, all v.o. s don't send ft or second aor. Some send ft with clubbed Mr , it is longer. Ex. LVO

I am still confused with my NOC. Is NOC really determined by job description or the designation/title?
By jd, my NOC will be 100% 2174 for the designation and jd, 70% 2171/ 2173/ 2283, 40% 2172
The job descriptions in those NOCs mentioned are routine duties, not just once in a while.

I contacted HRSDC but I never got a clear answer from them.

So, as per the email, do I need to send the modified Schedule A - Background declaration doc to "Sydney" office too? Is it the one in Nova Scotia or in Australia?

Reading the response mail, it seems to me that they are referring to Sydney, Australia. Because I think nova scotia is not a visa office, it's a processing unit or CIO as they called. Secondly. If someone refers to itself, they say "us", not them or name of the office. So possibly your file has already been transferred. . However it is my understanding. I suggest you contact Sydney Australia office or CIC to clarify further. Best wishes.

Nowadays, we can say both are responsible for determining exact SUITABLE NOC. Especially for Noc 2271. It is very confusing type and their new staff is not skilled souch to understand deeply. This is better to go with 100% surety .

There is no special format about this. This is a rare type situation. You inform them about the problem in 3 to 4 lines. Won't forget to mention your SINP applicationnumber, UCI, application number and name.
