help please,
i am filling up federals forms and uploading docs in OASIS.
my questions are:
1. Where do I attach birth certificates and passports of the spouse and dependent?
- is it on the same page where I attach the primary applicant's birth cert and passport?
- can i upload it separately (1 pdf for each doc) example. birthcert-applicant, birthcert-spouse, birthcert-dependentchild
or
does it have to be in 1 pdf containing the birth certificates of the three?
2. where do I attach the settlement plan?
- is it on the settlement funds page?
3. Schedule A, item #12 (addresses lived in the past ten years)
- if the dependent child is studying and lives in a dormitory but goes home every weekend,
can I put this:
2014 - present address of the dormitory
2007 - present home address (i.e. address of the principal applicant)
