I have completed Degree in Architecture design and i have 4 year of work experience which is described in two NOC

1: NOC 2151
2: NOC 2253 Occupation in Demand

but in NOC 2253 link

does this mean i can only apply with NOC 2151?

You can try and apply with NOC 2253 since it's in demand. Just focus your duties more on CAD drafting.
Then it depends on the officer who'll process your file if they accept it or not. At least that's what I've been told. I haven't applied yet and I have same degree as you.

Open it and read 3-4 times. Make 3-4 ids with oasis online account and try to upload all necessary documents and forms, fill it. When satisfy, save it as final, when intake opens submit it.
