TO make online payment is it necessary to have credit card in Applicant name or Spouse card is considered.

So to apply for SINP-EE we need to show our bank balance of 3 months prior to application? And for married ppl evenif spouse is not accompanying we need to show the whole amount for 2?

Credit card of others is also accepted. After all they need money. Thanks.
