Can someone advice me? I use representative for my express entry application,, but still under the representative in the express entry pool. I wish to apply for this Saskachewan PNP without the use of representative, can I go ahead? I am currently in dilemma because of the question under their Ethical conduct disclosure and declaration form. Please advice if I can apply for this without the use of representative and continue with then after I have been given the PNP certificate.

You may choose to not give any authority to the agent on your behalf. You can complete your application without any use of a representative form.ajibass said:

My NOC is 2132 Which is Mechanical Engineer and my EE is also 2132.
But in SINP they have 2232 Which is Mechanical Engineering Technicians and technologists.
Both of them have some common job responsibilities.
So Can I apply in NOC 2232 while having 2132 in my EE profile?

For me, I will update NOC 2232 in EE and then apply SINP with NOC 2232. The importance is the proof of employment responsibilities must be in line with those of NOC 2232.

Yes you can chose 2232 in SINP application, however you will have to amend the NOC on your EE profile in 2 different palaces and not just one, otherwise your profile will become ineligible. I suggest you go through you entire EE profile and change the NOC and submit it. Once updated you can then give that EE number in SINP application. However time is of the essence here as SINP usually closes within a few days.
Secondly, ensure your job responsibilities letter matches whatever NOC you finally decide to go with.

hello guys! In relation to this NOC thingy, I kind of have the same issue with my application because I have 2 job experiences (more than a year for both) with 2 different NOCs, I applied for NOC 2221 to fit with SINP's in demand occupation and my EE profile has the other NOC of my previous job. Will this affect my application in SINP?
I have provided the reference letters with the required job description, and I read that it doesn't have to be the exact NOC. As long as it is related to the things you do in your job, then they can consider it. Am I right?

Can someone advice? I have my EE number and Job seeker code given to me by my representation waiting for opportunity in the pool. My contract for the express entry application still valid with them till when I will receive my ITA or for I year whichever came first. My contract with them does not cover provincial nominee. Can I apply for this myself without involving them?

I tried to apply but a pop up screen says the application threshold has been reached once you click on verifying completeness of the first application screen

Try to submit atleast two more times. If it still does not work, then the cap of 500 must have reached.maged_mmh said:
