Yes, your NOC code should be mentioned in the list of In-Demand NOC codes seen on the last page of the application guide. If its not there, then you can't apply.

I submitted SINP EE application today, but didn't see any screen to upload WES credential. I just submitted my degree certificates and transcripts.

Can anyone please confirm if it's mandatory to submit WES report also? If yes, how do I need to submit now? Will it cancel my application as I didn't submit it?

Yes please include your ECA. Simply upload it in Education section if possible. Else attach in some other relevant section.

No payment is required to apply for SINP
