Hello Jaise, I submitted nov 26th 2022, got AOR Feb 8th. I haven't received anything since then. I called IRCC several times. they said sponsorship approval is complete. Background check is in progress since March, Updated on tracker for April 19th. Eligibility not started. We will be doing upfront medicals by the end of the month as we have not received medical request. They also mentioned Ottawa VO.

Thanks for your reply. Our application is now processing in New Delhi visa office. Pr tracker showing both background check and eligibility is on progress.

Congrats. We have gone ahead to do an upfront medicals. I uploaded it through a webform and they said they have received it and it is on our file. But I don't see it on Pr tracker or Gckey. I hope we get something positive. Is there a WhatsApp group chat for Conjugal?

Since the instructions say NOT to do upfront medical, you'll just have to provide the results and hope they'll match it to the file. If they don't, well, guess you'd have to do it again.
