Rupeshhari,

plz comment on this line?

For IELTS - In one application, I am giving my langauge ENGLISH information (2 Moderate & 2 HIGH), so making sync with my letter... at the end, make one table and explain why i have more then 67 points..It is for easy understanding for them

You want to explain why you have more than 67? I think they can count. What is the purpose of explaining to them?

but on top the table, you want to explain why you have more than 67 points. Say you have 72 total points, which of those 5 points out of the 72 points are the 'extra' points? How does one explain why he or she has more than 67 points.

I am trying to say here, How much points I have on each factors. In other words, telling them I am presently getting ** points as calculated on the basis of my age, Education, English language, Work experience and Adaptability. ....Will it make sence?

you mean you just want to summarize your points, not explain how you got more than 67 points. Sure go ahead. I see no use in that but I see no harm in that either. The only thing is that you are giving them a lot to read and there is a small possibility that you may confuse them if not written properly. The extra sheet is generally used to explain things that would be hard to explain on the form. The forms are still the primary way to share information with the evaluator.
