You are right, I will follow this thread, quick question: did your status for "additional documents" changed after your new pictures were revived and before your card was approved?

I received a photo request last week and I've following questions:

Can I send photos by FedEX (as i'm back in India now)? FedEX people said that they deliver to PO boxes provided there is a phone number. Do you guys have any suggestions for the delivery service to be us
The status on my CIC account for PR application indicates No documents required, so I'm kind of confused.

Have you sent the photographs ? and have they been received at the center ?
How did you send them the photos ?
What address did you send them to ?

Yes. Postal codes are not the same. But its the same place. I sent my photos by using DHL and CIC received them. But unfortunately my photos were not fine and I sent the photos again to the same address below by using DHL. They received the photos but still in the queue.

Instead of "CPC-Sydney" mention "Case Processing Center - Permanent Resident Card", as below

Also, CIC confirmed the above address when they responded to my CSE (Case Specific Enquiry). I think even from inside Canada, if anyone wants to use courier services, The above address must be used, as courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

I called CIC this morning and they are still saying that they are working on pics that were received on Feb 16 (they have been saying the same thing for 2 weeks now)

Yes I have already sent the photographs and yes they have been received as well (based on the fedex tracking).

I sent the photos using FedEx.

I sent them to Sydney, NovoScotia address, mentioned in the letter.

Photos Received -Feb 26th

I raised a CSE last Friday to see if my photos had been received, and today I got a mail saying:

"
We can provide you with the following details about the status of your application to renew your permanent resident card (PR card):

• your card has already been approved and,
• your card was sent for production "

However on my CIC account the documents status is still "We do not need additional documents" and the application is still in progress., is this normal? will this change once the card is mailed?

No idea, my photos received date is Feb 27th, good to know that they got to Feb 26th but there is no change on my account or any communication from them. Will just have to keep on waiting looks like.
