i am having a total work experience of 10 years in a job of 38 occupations list of ministerial instructions, i list them in my schedule 3 application , i got the experience letter with all details of last five years of my job , but i was not able to get the earlier letters.
now i am worried will they disqualify me. but i am thinking same time as i am showing the experience letter of more than 4 years of the same job and teh job is in list of 38 jobs, its enough for them to give me 21 marks for my work experience.

so i think it wont affect my application, what u gusy think. any suggestions..

I had the same problem and I did not list those jobs above my 4 years of experience in schedule 3, because it wasn't easy to get the letters. Since, we are only asked to give jobs with skill type 0, A or B, i went with the presumption that this might as well be none of those skills types.

I did mention it in another section that i did work for that company (where we had to mention what we did since our 18th bday).

Of course, this was the logic I used, but doesn't mean it is correct.

i think but while calculating the points they have to give me full points, as i show them experience of more than 5 years with all details. so they wont deny my application for points. i hope it happens the way i wish .

i w8 for bcguy or pmm to reply with there opinion

Should not be a problem. Write a cover letter explaining the situation that you do not have Docs to prove it, but include on the form where it asks for your"RESUME" from 18th Birthday. You should still be able to get your 21 Points.

thanks a lot bobby b . i am thinking of same. also i got the email from company that they cant give the jobs description in details. i am thinking of attaching that letter as support of what i am saying.
i think the work experience of 5 years in my current job will be enough for them to give me 21 points.
for sure i will write expalnation about it

Make sure you do that. Attach the email.

Can anyone tell me that i have got 3 years experience in SAP FI/CO , will it help me in getting the 21 points.

You should look at the NOC matrix and see if your job is of skill type 0,A, or B. If yes, then you get 21 points.
But remember, if you are applying under FSW 1, you need to satisfy the ministerial instruction criteria.
