Go on the IRCC site and research Express Entry. Honestly, if you don't have a degree/Masters, Canadian work and education, fluent in French and English then almost no chance.

Coming as a temporary worker is not moving permanently. Most likely you cannot bring your family unless high skilled or in healthcare.
