You asked the same question a few weeks ago and I answered. Please review my responses from then. I don't believe I have any furniture guidance to provide at this point.

@scylla yes your right ✅ you replied to me but if you read carefully i asked something different and also not only you @Naturgrl & @Miss bee replied with complete details including with letters as well

But in this i am asking is their any chance of getting PFL for not having any experience for the NOC 65201 as i am Outland

Hope you read my full comment which i wrote
Thanks in Advance

Not familiar with your post history and what you actually applied for. If you used a NOC for an application, you have to prove you can actually do the job with job letters, language skills and education. If you are a "fresher" then you have no experience to do the job. What are your IELTS scores?

There is always some chance of a PFL. So yes, you should be prepared this may happen or you may simply be refused without a PFL since you have no related work experience.

If they want to refuse they would done before , they send me ADR for some reason and asking my explanation like what other additional qualification i have and with the help of forum and some good people like @Miss bee & @Naturgrl i got some hints with that help i collected some documents like , online training certificates, volunteering certification with service verification letter and physical hands-on training certificates

But thankyou for your kind words

Instead of making me scared you can give some opinions for do's and dont

And i know your are not my LAWYER but as a senior member of forum and i have respected you in sameway and tagged you in my question

Thanks @scylla

There is still a very high chance of refusal. The VO may also be trying to figure out if this is LMIA fraud based on the questions. Given the high rate of unemployment it is incredibly difficult to justify needing to hire a food counter attendant from abroad with no experience.

Employer is having JVA which support that employer can hire a foreign worker

@canuck78 can i start looking for job and meantime ill submit the ADR what they ask for and if any case i got PFL , i can show my recent official job offer letter with latest month payslip for same job.?

Any other suggestions from our kind members

Atleast i can reduce the chances with your opinion and suggestions

Still doesn’t guarantee a WP and also doesn’t alleviate any concerns related to why you are being hired from abroad with no experience. The unemployment rate for entry level jobs with no experience required is fairly high for young people in Newfoundland so pretty tough to justify why someone without experience couldn’t be found in Newfoundland.
