You can reapply, there is no ban of any sort.
But you shouldn’t apply with the same documents.
It looks like you submitted something that didn’t look right to the VO but you got lucky you didn’t get a 5 year ban.
Dear,
I need your kind help. I got application refusal last week saying:
"You have not complied with our request for information, per subsection 16(1) of the IRPA. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for submission of vali LMIA."
Question:- Is 16(1) has any impact/meaning or just formality as I have seen many rejected applications with this class but actual required document comes next like LMIA?
Hope for an urgent response.
Thanking You

Dear ANDRIANA AGYAPONG

Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your student permit visa application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in coming to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to affect your departure.

You have been found inadmissible to Canada in accordance with paragraph 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of the IRPA. In accordance with paragraph A40 (2)(a), you will remain inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years from the date of this letter or from the date a previous removal order was enforced.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

If you have submitted your original passport to the Visa Application Centre (VAC) with your application, please note that it will be returned to you by the VAC within a few days.

Sincerely,

IRCC Accra

Canadian High Commission

Yes - according to that letter, she has been banned from Canada for 5 years for misrepresentation. I would recommend that you order GCMS notes to find out the details behind the refusal.

No - it's not possible to reapply if she has been given a 5 year ban. The last line of the letter is a standard line that is put in every refusal letter. However it doesn't apply to her since she has been banned. she needs to forget about Canada for 5 years.

GCMS (Global Case Management System) is a system used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to process applications for Citizenship and immigration. It was earlier known as Computer -Assisted Immigration Processing System (CAIPS). The GCMS notes contains the detailed records of the applicant's file, which also includes correspondence from and to IRCC, documents received from the applicant by IRCC during the filing of application process, detailed notes from the officers reviewing the file. It is the GCMS notes which provides applicant the accurate and in-depth view of the IRCC system, thus enabling the applicant to be well informed of the status, or take pro-active steps as needed.

Hello
This is my refuse letter i don't know its a refuse letter or ban letter plz help me .
Plz reply me my mail :- mohitnischal95@gmail.com

This refers to your application for a student permit to Canada. I have completed my assessment of your application and I have determined that you do not meet the requirements for a student permit; therefore, your application is refused.

In accordance with Section A11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), any person wishing to become a temporary resident of Canada must satisfy an officer that he or she is not inadmissible to Canada and meets the requirements of the Act. This includes the requirement to establish to the satisfaction of the officer that the applicant will respect their conditions of admission and will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for his or her stay.

In reaching a decision, an officer considers several factors; these may include the applicant’s travel and identity documents, reason for travel to Canada, contacts in Canada, financial means for the trip; ties to country of residence (including immigration status, employment and family ties) and whether the applicant would be likely to leave Canada at the end of his/her authorized stay.

Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the Regulations for the reasons explained below or have failed to comply with our request for an examination or documentation. I am therefore refusing your application.

Grounds for refusal:

· A40(1)(a): For directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act;

This application is closed. Please note that any new information you wish to provide must be submitted with a new application and processing fee. Should you wish to reapply, I would suggest that you do so only if your situation has changed substantively or you have significant new information to submit.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no other communication to convey you the decision on this application, this is to be treated as the official intimation regarding our decision on your application

Its just a refusal. What information did you withhold? If you don't know you'll have to order your notes
