Thanks again but which one I’m supposed to pay
Per person or per family i.e I have 3 kids and wife , 4 in total so shall I pay $170 ?
Oh I guess it will only be for my wife since kids are under 12!!!
Isn’t it
kids under 14 years old are exempted from giving biometrics according to this: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/identity-management/biometrics/what.html
and this: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/identity-management/biometrics/exemptions.html

if all your kids are under 14 years old then you should only pay for your wife's biometric fees in addition to the application fees for all of you

my son will be 14 in October,
when we have to do biometric? after applied or at the last stage?
i read somewhere that age of applicants are locked in on the day the application is received.. so what it means that if you apply before your son turns 14 in October then he is exempted from giving biometrics.. however, please double check

Hi again!
Hope you’re doing good!
I have another question that do I need scan all bunch of pages of Notice of Decision? Regards
No, only first page with name and UCI details
as roycanada mentioned, just scan the notice of decision. the one where it says that "The refugee protection division determines that the claimant is a Convention refugee OR Protected person and therefore accepts the claim". No need to scan the reasons for decision.. You will then have to upload it in the portal using the "Others" option. Don't forget to name your files in this order (LAST NAME - FIRST NAME - DOCUMENT NAME). Hope this helps

Thanks a lot
Do I need to label all required docs in the same way? i.e. photos for me n family, passports etc??
And one thing more that when do they send you epost or anything else after submitting webform for Refugee Travel Document?
Regards
