Hello everyone,
One of my friends received a letter of " Less Complex Claim," and he must submit a signed form and some supporting documents regarding his case. There is no information about how and where he should send these documents in the letter. On the letter's header, there is a mailing address and an email address. He submitted his refugee claim to IRCC throughout the e-post, and now he has gotten confused about how he should send his documents to IRB/RPD? Could you please share your experience?
Thanks

Hello, I had the same situation. The documents must be sent in paper and printed in a laser printer. Also, translated inc ase they are not in English or French and the translator gotta attach an affidavit to each document.
