Hello Guys,
Recently I received an letter from IRB about less complex review. I already submitted documents
I’m wondering if someone been through this setup recently and how long takes for decision after submitting

Hi guys,I got a letter from the IRB on 11th of February.I was told to provide some documents which was listed out to support my claim and that it must be submitted within 15 days ending on 26th of February. I don’t understand what is going on, I will appreciate your thoughts on this.want to know if my case was selected for file review and how long it will take to get decision.

if you have less complex case it most likely will be decided without hearing. You should have gotten decision letter by now

I submitted documents 7 August 2021.
I got letter from IRB in July to submit documents for less complex review
Wondering how long it take before I will decision

Having a health issue or surgery has nothing to do with an asylum claim. They must show that they are being persecuted in their home country and their life is at risk. Most of these health issues are likely to be resolved by December.
